Back in early July I purchased tickets for Juliana Toren via Social Deal app. Arrive at the park to find out the tickets with bar codes that were in the app were not accepted. Tried to email them to the staff member at the park who was trying to assist us, could not email them. Wound up paying full price at the park to get in as we were not going to turn around and take the kids home. Contacted their customer service on multiple occasions with proof of purchase of the new tickets at the park and requested a refund to my PayPal. Never had a response except to ask what is my email address. I responded but did not receive any kind of email or info from them. Contacted them via PayPal 3 times and still no response. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Will never use this app again. If I didn’t have an open issue I would have already deleted it from my phone.

Einfach und Schnell
Super. Endlich kann ich immer über Städte die mich interessieren auf dem laufenden bleiben um so auf neue Ideen zu kommen.
Gutes Angebot - aber kein Kauf möglich!
Ich habe die App geladen, doch bereits beim Einloggen ergeben sich jede Menge Probleme! Und nichts geht.... Kommt man endlich bis zur Bestätigungsmail, klappt diese auch nicht und ein Kauf des Deals ist weiterhin nicht möglich. Auf eine Mail an die App-Betreiber folgt keine Antwort! Stattdessen eine Werbemail mit einem 5€-Guthaben. Auch hierüber ist kein Einloggen und kaufen des Deals möglich! Leider eine vollkommen untaugliche App!!!!! Bin enttäuscht, hätte mich über den Deal gefreut!

Schrott mit vielen Fehlern!
Da fragt man sich, ob hier die Praktikanten die App erstellt haben. Da kauft man einen Gutschein und steht vor dem Laden, weil der Code nicht in der App angezeigt wird. Die Angebote an sich sind gut. Das ist auch der einzige positive Aspekt. Die Webseite sieht auch schludrig aus und bedarf dringend einer Überarbeitung. Der Newsletter ist schrecklich und bombardiert einen täglich. Abbestellen geht da leider nicht, bzw muss man erst den Support anschreiben. Viele Sachen wie auch das Drucken der Vouchers oder die QR Code Funktion, die in den AppStore verweist, anstatt den Voucher auszugeben sind richtig blöde Fehler. Die mobile Webseite ist auch der Hammer. Wie die App, einfach schlecht gemacht. Datenvolumen wird quasi aufgefressen wegen der großen Bilder. Ich weiss nicht was ich dazu noch sagen soll. Der Gedanke dahinter und die Angebote sind gut. Webseite und App aber schrecklich. Wenn man vor Ort den Code vorzeigen möchte, und das nicht geht, warum auch immer, dann steht man da. Code kann auch nicht zur Offline-Verwendung in der App gespeichert werden. Bin sehr unglücklich mit dem ganzen. Werde erstmal keine Sachen mehr kaufen. Der Frust heute war dann doch etwas zu groß.
