THE IDEA - grew out of a concern that stunning places like these, while ‘secret’, were being loved to death. For decades the idea of keeping places secret was how many believed they were helping protect such locations. Sadly though it’s how many have become ‘loved to death’. The idea of keeping a place secret as a solution to protection couldn’t be further from the truth. We’ve learned that the way to protect a place isn’t by keeping it a secret, we’ve seen this model fail firsthand. We believe the way you protect a place is by creating a community of people who collectively work to protect it. It is through this education process that we can identify, save and protect the most stunning locations on the planet. We have started by identifying many of the places we know about, though an active user community can grow the scope by identifying additional locations. Collectively we’ll work to ensure their safe keeping throughout the passage of time.

We’re putting our money where our mouth is by setting aside a minimum of 10% of each viewpoint net sale to be donated back to the protection of that viewpoint.
