Stop Yawning! Get Some coffee! Says the teacher. But how do you stop yawning? This app helps eliminate a specific type of yawning - caused by a rapid change in light levels. The app stimulates wakefulness by influencing your brains wake-to-sleep center with blue light.
WHY YAWNING?
Your brain interprets walking into a dim classroom as sudden onset of darkness and sends the signal to your classmates that now would be a good time for a nap.
HOW TO USE:
1)Set your devices brightness to maximum
2)Get a hall pass and play with app in the bathroom
3-OR- hide the phone and let it shine light on you in class
4)Notice that you stopped yawning!
5)Optionally - repeat once again in 20 minutes
