çà fait plus d’une heure que j’essaie de me créer un compte et à chaque je je reçois un code d’activation par SMS et que je le rentre dans mes données on me dit que ce code n’est pas correct. tant pis pour taxis bleus je vais aller me créer un compte chez les concurrents. C’est dommage parce que si je souhaitais me créer un compte c’était pour l’utiliser régulièrement et pas d’aide ni en ligne ni au téléphone.

2. Register your credit card in your profile
3. Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, then select the “Pool” ride mode
4. Select your fellow passenger among the suggested profiles and get a response within 30 seconds. You may also receive pool requests from other passengers.
5. Once your pool request is accepted, your ride is ordered. You will be notified when the driver arrives
6. At the end of your ride, you will be automatically charged of the discounted amount of your journey on your credit card. You will also be asked to rate your driver and fellow passenger.

Inscription impossible-
Pas moyen de créer un compte: après avoir entré le code sms, me dit systématiquement que le nom, prénom ou numéro de téléphone incorrect .
Ne fonctionne pas

Appli fantaisiste et trompeuse
En apparence elle ressemble à lappli des VTC, mais la comparaison sarrête là. La géolocalisation est fantaisiste voir frauduleuse, elle indique des taxis tout proches mais ils disparaissent sitôt votre commande passée. Elle indique aussi que le taxi commandé est arrivé, là devant vous, mais il en est rien. Le taxi arrive en retard avec 8 à 9€ de "frais dapproche", comme dhabitude avec nos amis taxis. Pas moyen de contacter le chauffeur, seul le standard est à disposition après une longue attente. Et malgré les indications du répondeur, le standard ne prends pas les réclamations. Vous pouvez payer par CB mais il faudra quand même signer un reçu dans le taxi. Aucune indication dans lappli pour bénéficier des promos (courses à 10€), donc vous payerez plein pot si vous vous trompez à la réservation. Mon trajet en VTC standard me coûte 8,50€, taxis bleus me facture le même trajet 17,60€ et prends plus de temps pour arriver. Si vous êtes déjà habitués à la qualité des services des VTC vous allez êtres très déçus. Pour moi les taxis, cest fini

Ne marche pas!
Si vous utilisez le taxi pour des fins professionnelles, oubliez cette appli. Totalement fantaisiste sur les temps annoncés ou la position du taxi qui est censé vous récupérer. Jai attendu 15 minutes pour un taxi annoncé en moins de 2 minutes pour finalement en prendre un qui passait par hasard devant moi.
Appli simple et efficace
Lappli est très pratique et le service excellent.
