This is a great way to introduce reading and basic skills like addition and subtraction, weve had it only a couple of days but my 5 year old really enjoys playing this. I do believe the collect coins for stickers feature does keep her more engaged for longer than she normally would be.

TeachMe: Reception is an educational iOS app which teaches six different age appropriate subjects to Reception aged children: sight words, addition, subtraction, spelling and writing letters and numbers. Learning subjects align with common core standards to help your child get prepared for Reception. Parents can review performance history for each subject to check how their child is doing.
TeachMe: Reception keeps children engaged with a rather unique reward system where children earn a coin for every three correct answers. Coins can then be used to purchase stickers to place in fun sticker scenes or to purchase items for the new virtual aquarium. Sticker scenes can be exported as wallpaper or emailed to family and friends.
The simple and intuitive user interface is designed to be child friendly, which allows children to play without help from an adult. An animated teacher (Mimi Mouse) gives verbal instructions and feedback to the child which makes learning fun.
FEATURES:
• Virtual Aquarium reward (4 types of fish and 40+ items)
• 6 different sticker reward scenes: farm, beach, underwater reef, pirate cove, city, playground
• Over 150 different stickers for adding to scenes
• Save learning information for up to 40 students
• Select which subjects are displayed for each student
• Turn on/off specific questions within a subject
• Change the number of correct questions to earn a reward
• Change the number of questions in a row to mark a question learned
• Tracks performance for each subject item (last five)
• Export sticker rewards scenes to Photos, for emailing or using as wallpaper

My little girl loves it
great app
I love this app!!! My six year old is kind of struggling in gr.1, with math and reading. Ive tried everything and she has not been very co-operative, doesnt seem interested in it. She didnt even want to do this at first but now she loves it and its helping her understand simple addition and subtraction. Thank-you so much for this app. Can you make a grade 1,2,3 app as well?
Mia loves it!
My 4 1/2 yr old is just starting to learn some math so this is perfect. So far shes got almost all the words right. Enough variety to keep going too. Thanks
Great app
My son 5years old loves it. Keep up the good work.
Awesome!!!!!!!!
My kids love this. I love this. Its a great educational tool. The kids have so much fun and are learnings lots from it.
Fantastic
Fun learning, with customizable levels and reward structures. This is the app that will help my son to learn the most, and he likes it the best. Buying the stickers with your earned coins is also a good way to show the value of a $.
This rocks! Make one for Primary school- aged kids!
My kids (4yo girl and 6yo boy who is not so keen on reading) love the sticker scenes they can create. It is quite motivating for them. I appreciate that you can sign up four different players. I like that you can change the settings for difficulty of math quiz, but wish there were even more difficult levels beyond 1-10, and than you would add more words, and quiz on letters in a word other than at the beginning of a word (like the app Word Magic). I also like that you have added sight words into the mix. I would be very interested in an app geared for primary-school age kids (gr 1-4).
