Dear Parents/Carers and Friends of Thomas Hepburn Community Academy
It gives me great pleasure to write to you at the start of the new academic term and a new year in my post as Principal.
This is a very exciting time for the academy and I would like to invite you to ‘Join us on the Journey,’ to becoming an outstanding school. Many aspects of the academys work are already improving rapidly but there is still more work to do. I know you would want to be part of these new and exciting challenges and we welcome your support. Over the coming weeks and months there will be many opportunities for your child to participate in a wide range of learning activities and opportunities. Some of these may require that your child undertakes additional study during weekends, school holidays and after school. I know that you will support the academy by working in partnership with us in order that all our students achieve the results they so richly deserve.
