Thorpeness Golf Club is a private members golf club with a 36-bedroom hotel and is perfect for golf breaks and golf holidays.
Your hotel bedroom is less than a minutes’ walk from the first tee and our restaurant looks out over the golf course. The iconic ‘House in the Clouds,’ a converted water tower turned private home, hovers on the Suffolk skyline standing guard behind the 18th green.
Nature blessed Thorpeness with more than just beauty. It sits in a mild micro climate, enjoying one of the lowest rates of rainfall in the UK and an average of three hours extra sunshine per week than the rest of the UK.
This perfect golfing climate means the golf course hardly ever closes and maintains the highest quality playing conditions year round, ideal for winter golf and golf breaks in any season.
The App features the Whole in One Golf GPS Range Finder and Digital Guide to playing the Clubs 18 hole golf course. The App works as an virtual aid, giving you a 3D Flyover of each hole, and a link to GPS pin positioning system. The App also features the Whole in One Golf Scorecard system, allowing you to score your round on your iPad with up to 3 other players, submitting your card to the club for review at the end of your round.
