Ive never sold with them yet but buying is fantastic! Ive had to return a few items but thats just because they didnt fit properly. Overall its awesome and always my go-to shop when I need something new for my wardrobe!

I absolutely love this company. Ive been completely satisfied with everything Ive ordered from thredup. I feel like the descriptions are spot on. The few times Ive contacted customer service, they responded in a very timely manner and had an immediate fix for me. On another note, the owner of the company sent me a handwritten Christmas card! So unheard of these days. I highly recommend this site to all my friends!
First time shopper
The clothes are exactly how they look on the app store. I really like the clothes I ordered. The clothes look brand new. I wish you could save clothes to a favorites list so you dont have have to keep in your cart. Also it would be nice to track your purchases. Overall i like this app.
