- When purchasing tickets on the intercity trains, You get an additional 10% discount.
- Discount on intercity trains when you purchase first class seats for 45 days - 15% for 44-30 days 10%
- The cost of train tickets depending on the day of the week. Depending on what day of the week a train leaves, the ticket price can vary from +10 to - 10%.
Monday, Thursday and Saturday regular rates apply, Tuesday and Wednesday - 10% cheaper, Friday and Sunday is 10% more expensive.
- When buying a ticket for the train departing on 31 December - 30% discount, 9 may - 20% at 21.01 31.01 - 14%, from 01.10 till 24.12 - 7%, at 01.02-29.02 - 5%. This discount does not apply to the whole ticket price and the value of the base fare.
Payment is possible in two ways:
- By credit card VISA/MasterCard (international certificate of payment security PCI DSS 3.2 2016)
- From the account of mobile phone operator Kyivstar, for non-contract subscribers (2017).
* before you pay by credit card, dont forget to increase Your card through the Bank, the limits for payments on the Internet, at least the amount of the proposed purchase, including the Banks Commission.
Attention ! If You wish to cancel your ticket purchased via our mobile app, head to any railway cash Desk, and You will make a refund of the ticket price excluding fees, according to the Rules of "Ukrzaliznytsia", in cash at the time of treatment.
NEW CHIPS:
- You can add to your tickets that have already been previously purchased e-tickets from other vendors, using the scanner in the section "My tickets". This will allow You to take printouts of tickets, no matter from whom You bought them, or just to try our app without spending money.
- After buying the ticket, Your calendar will automatically add events that will warn You of the impending departure of the train in 2 hours and 15 minutes and the arrival to the destination in 20 minutes.
- In 2017 it is planned to launch a number of new, convenient features that will make Your trips more comfortable and convenient.

Note: children on trains up to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. For children aged up to 16 years of age require notarized permission of the other parent to leave the child abroad. If the child is travelling abroad without their parents (accompanying can only be an adult citizen), you need permission from both parents.
