As a tri coach, I love the varied workouts, drill sets & pre made workouts. However, the authors assume every one swims 4x/week which just doesnt happen in real nonpro life, also mostly geared for 25m pool. Nice app, could use a few tweeks but its pretty good. Well worth purchase price.

What a cool idea. I especially like the videos to demonstrate the technique and drill. I like the idea of workouts design with race distance in mind.
Coach and PFT
I love this app. It is easy to use and I have a swim workout with me at all times. No more going to the pool and swimming lap after lap with no purpose. Now each workout is spelled out and easy to understand. And if I dont understand something there is a great glossary. Thanks.
