Unlike other meditation apps, Unplug comes to you from a physical studio. So Unlike meditations apps, we use video. Many of which are filmed right here in the studio.

Unplug is more than just mindfulness or breathwork or a sound bath app. Unplug is also hypnosis AND guided journey AND aromatherapy AND so much more app.
