Use to be great

Im not sure if its because I upgraded to an iPhone 7, but this app does not function properly anymore. I say that I want to track a package, and it asks me for the tracking number. Used to simply go by my name and my address.

App doesnt work.

I cant even establish my profile. The app doesnt work. Dont waster your time!


It started out well. It found the package I wanted to try automatically. Impressive. And it was all down hill from there. A patently the logon ID I have been using on their website for 20 years is now no good. And my password was not in acceptable. So I need a new account any password? FU. Gestures in your direction. Lots of gesturing! OK so I put in new information and it tells me my email is not in an acceptable format. It was. FU. That makes this app unusable. Im not changing my email address. FU.

Doesnt work on iPod Touch

Used to be a great app, but an update caused it to have a black screen upon start on the iPod Touch. Its been months now, UPS has yet to fix this, and reinstalling does not help.

I am not sure what the purpose of the app is, but its definitely not convenience.

So I have a package arrived on Fri and I know I cant wait home all day for the delivery and signature - thats fine, I request a pick up service at 10a through the app and I get the update until 1p, but it also changing the delivery date on Monday - shouldnt that be noticed for the request when I do so? Also- there is no obvious options says "hold at costumer service", its after I phone the ups and I get to know that its an option (albeit a very, very inconvenienced one). So- what is the purpose of the app since it only bring me more trouble when using it? Just delete it and go online, ita simply much more developed.
