The app does not sync seamlessly with the Fitbit device. It would be nice if the app had an option the change the default way in which you chose to track your steps (i.e.: via iPhone, Fitbit, etc.).

Abismal Apple Watch integration
Wow this app.... Perhaps if you buy their hardware for tracking steps it might work. But use an Apple Watch and the step count never matches. Try contacting support and they cant figure it out either. So I just get short changed 2k ish steps per day. And that is $ I lose.
Not working correctly with my Apple Watch
I have to re-install this app on a daily basis for my Apple Watch steps to get synched. Needless to say this is very annoying.
More active than I ever was!!
I love everything about this app and the entire concept behind it. Everything worked perfectly syncing my Fitbit and signing up on the app. I would 100% recommend!!
Lacks functionality. Old app better.
June update. Still no real changes. Per feedback from development, there are two versions of the app (which is very unclear, save the small note on one of the pics). Most pictures you see are all for the "full version", based on what your health provider pays for. The other, the one I have, is basic and garbage compared to the old app. In every way it is inferior to the old app in terms of functionality. No graphs of history. No way to see historical data. The main screen is prettier, but non-functional. Main things are clickable and do nothing. The info isnt alway right nor usable. I get they are having two version of the app, based on your providers subscription. But the bare bones one, or basic one, is being neglected and just isnt a good app. Its clear they have no desire to update or enhance this app. Oct 1st update. No changes. These developers (and/or their bosses) should be fired at this point. This app hasnt changed in a year. The pictures are inaccurate. Bare bones functionality. Aug. 25 update. Ugh. Terrible. Update did nothing. Looks nothing like the pictures. No new functionality. Amazing that they still push out "updates" but nothing changes. Really?? Its a barebones app with limited functionality. Lack of graphs and historical data is terrible. Updates dont improve it. Intro screen has some basic info, but nothing important other than steps. It has a bad swipe thing that shows pointless info like badge or certificate with no details or ability to click for more info. No idea of points earned that day. No history data except for a one day snapshot. The old app "Healthmiles" had great graphs and charts to summarize data for a week or more (steps, activities, reward levels). This has nothing other than the day overview of your user input activity. Terrible. But there are many flaws too, things that are broken. Most importantly is the "Add Activity" feature. It works about 50% of the time for the current day. For any previous days, you cannot get them added on the right day. Add it on a Saturday and it will get added to the Friday...sometimes Thursday. Just a terrible app to use. Virgin should be embarrassed by this app. Its a step backwards from the old app. It looks like the new UI everyone uses. Other than that its a waste of space on the iPhone.
