It’s a great app and all but... whenever I sign in to my tv provider all of the locked shows disappear and I don’t understand why but I guess that’s life for you

Episodes don’t open
The episodes won’t open and it says No account returned from UPDA
Very disappointed
We have been using the Disney Now app for a long time but all of a sudden it will not let us login to our tv provider. All of our devices are updated but we can not even get to the page to select our provider. It’s been very frustrating because we are limited on what we can watch.

Won’t let me pick TV Provider
So when I click sign in, this app will automatically open the login screen for ATT Uverse. I have no idea why it’s picking that TV provider when I have Xfinity!! The most annoying thing is you can’t switch or select your own provider. Which means I can’t sign in. This iOS app for iPad is buggy because the Roku app will show list for you to choose.
Almost perfect
I love DisneyNOW. I just have two reasons I don’t like it as much. 1. There are a lot of ads. If you watch a full episode or a movie, then you have to watch four ads in total. With shorts, you have to watch an ad at the beginning. 2. For some videos you have to sign into your tv provider, but if you don’t have regular tv like me then you’re stuck without watching it. I really love DisneyNOW overall, but for those two reasons I am rating it four stars.
Streaming?
I have a tv that streams and since we have cut the cord my DisneyNOW app has not been working... how can I get this app to work??
