The content of the Toolkit APP has been developed by a wide variety of professionals from all care settings who have a real understanding of the issues and practical experience of delivering the best care.

Making the WMPPCN Toolkit available as an App ensures that all health care professionals can have access to essential information in a portable format that is compatible with a mobile device. This removes the need to be online to access the resource allowing flexibility. This App can be downloaded and used in a variety of settings where it could be of value and can be used by any of the many disciplines that are vital for the successful care of these children and their families.
