Great app
Used to love the app. Not happy with update.
Ive been using the wholesome app for a while now! I love it and was always recommending it to friends and clients. I was really upset after completing the latest updating and seeing that we now have to pay to use the app for features that *used* be free. I wish instead the nutrition tracker feature would have remained free and added new features for the extra cost.
It is the best ever
Super!!! All need to use it!!!
Great App
Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to customize, add goals and new items. Thank you!
Not worth paying for
This use to be a great free app that offered nutritional info along with tips. But they have since become greedy and expect users to pay for something that once was free and remains easily accessible on the internet. Definitely not worth the fee of $2.99 a month theyre trying to extort. Do yourself a favor a download the Google app instead.
App-etizing!
The most aesthetic/detailed nutrition tracker I know about. Functionality has improved over time. Looking forward to a vegan user profile option!
Not worth the price unless improvements are made
I bought this app because I needed something to help me track my micro-nutrients and My Fitness Pal (which I love and still use) is really geared more toward weight loss than in depth nutrition. I really wish that I had not paid for the subscription until improvements had been made. Its a beautiful app, but has lots of gaps and quirks that make it difficult to use. The biggest flaw is that this app does NOT allow you to plan menus in advance. It does not make sense to me that they have this beautiful data-base, but force you to enter your meals in a record-as-you-eat diary format that only allows you to see that your current diet has gaps and allows you to rework menus in hind-sight. Good nutrition (especially on a budget) requires advance planning (a weeks worth for me) to buy and prepare fresh ingredients, and this app makes that difficult. Some other areas that need improvement: -- This app does not track sugar intake (pretty important for a fruit lover like myself). -- I can add a custom food to eat, but it wont seem to let me use it in a recipe. -- The search by color option is pretty pointless, it would be soooo much more useful if we could search by multiple filters such as: "high in calcium, low in sodium" etc. so we can fill in nutritional gaps while keeping in mind potential excesses without having to rework the menu so much (the suggestions are nice, but only seem to target individual deficiencies, not the menu as a whole). One minor annoyance: the app wont rotate on my iPad, so I always have to keep my iPad upright.
