Уже ТРЕТИЙ РАЗ НАЛЕТАЮ с обслуживанием ! Терпел , но ДОСТАЛО ! Всегда покупаю билеты на первый ряд ! Состою в Клубе уже давно и несколько раз мест НЕ БЫЛО..!..., но при посадке в самолёт Первые ряды свободные ! Интересуюсь у стюардесс и он говорят - "Платные - 30 евро !..." - и ЧТО ЭТО ТАКОЕ !? Самолёт летит из Литвы во Францию и НИКТО не говорит по французски , тем более по русски(единицы!!!) ! Нет Приоритетной регистрации и сдачи багажа , а Я оплачиваю ВСЕГДА ПРИОРИТЕТ при покупке билета ! А ПЕРВОГО ЯНВАРЯ вообще мне устроили Праздник !!! Потеряли мой чемодан ! А там подарки(конфеты и бисквиты деткам) и ВАЖНЫЕ ДОКУМЕНТЫ ! Позвонить - ПЛАТНО ! Дозвонились до Литвы , а его даже не отправили в Ниццу ! Да говорят отправим только 8-го января...-НЕТ РЕЙСОВ !?!?!? Хотя 4-го есть ! В Вильнюсе на регистрации так же только английский , хотя со мной летели французы не знающие языков... ГДЕ СЕРВИС который был полгода назад ??? Пора менять Компанию.... наверное !?

Attitude honteuse inadmissible bad company!!
30 à 35€ supplémentaires demandés au départ du vol car le Check-in impossible à faire depuis lapplication. Et si vous ne les donnez pas, ils ne vous autorisent pas à prendre la vol. Beaucoup de voyageurs dans le même cas, je vous déconseille de passer par cette compagnie.
