Terrible app

Why have a contact customer feature if all it does is dial your home number, then you have to wait to speak to a representative.

User Friendly

Very user friendly app. Takes just a moment to pay my bill and can review the pdf of the statement right from the app which is a plus. Read many reviews about issues with the app closing and have not experienced this at any point on my end.

So...I posted a negative review, and attempted to post it several times, and somehow it never posted.

Needs to go to the next step

Great, it tells me my modem is down, why not offer a remote reboot, see if that works and if not ask if Id like to be called? Needs work in that complete support arena...
