Je découvre le yoga grâce à cette application. Les exercices pour débutants sont déjà très agréables à faire. Ma surprise: les poses se succèdent très vite. Mais en pratiquant le même exercice plusieurs fois, on se fait au rythme et cela paraît moins rapide...

Progressive, des videos explicatives, de nombreux conseils. Mieux vaut parler anglais cependant.
