This is a beautiful 10 minute audio meditation that instantly gives a very peaceful experience - I use this at work on my breaktimes and it makes a huge difference for me to relax me. Highly recommended especially if you have a busy, hectic lifestyle. Also its more powerful if you can use it with headphones to get the full effect.

Great experience
It is a wonderful experience . Doing it daily should definitely make a difference. I am doing it for the second day today and am feeling the difference. Nothing High Tech About It
There is nothing high tech about this app. Its a musical meditation track and nothing else. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the track is decent. There is nothing more to the app.
