Great app!
I am totally pleased! The recipes are incredible and the blends are so good that no one ingredient stands out. The balanced taste of each juice is wonderful! Great videos go with each day and each recipe. I love being to print the grocery list. I have detoxed nicely and dropped 4.5 pounds in the process.
3 day detox
All of Jason vales programs are excellent, the 5 day one however is the easiest to follow as you have the same juices twice in one day, which also means fewer left overs. Join Jasons Facebook page & there are useful tips & new recipes everyday. Brilliant well done Jason.
Easy does it!
Easy to follo, practical when it come to shooping, and it works! I love the videos , althought I would recomend that the one about the juice go directly to showing hiw to make the juice... The coaching videos are great and they answer questions that raised while doing the program. Result: feel great on my body, list 3k in 3days, and the best was that I did managed to feel full;)

Für jeden Drink gibt es ein Video, so daß man die Mengenangabe "sehen" kann, falls man unsicher ist. Jason Vale erklärt alles sehr ausführlich und ich finde ihn sehr motivierend!
