• Add content from all the disparate cloud services you use, allowing you to share and manage all project, task or business related documents. The transparency of the documents allow all group members to edit and post updates that all can see – using version controlling that ensures no obsolete documents are visible.
• Notifications sent to your email, cellphone or a ‘feed’, all of which can be customised to trigger against a single project, or multiple projects.
• Fully customisable. Make your company logo and colour scheme the default look and feel for your 4thOffice Premium experience. Your personal touch is what makes going to work in 4thOffice Premium your experience and not an ‘out of the box’ software package.
• Send and receive eMails directly to/from your Feed. Add/View attachments and forward emails to colleagues or other workstreams, groups or projects. By controlling what comes in or goes out, you immediately overcome email/junk overload.
