A gente precisa de uma história assim pra começar. E as referências são ótimos p ajudar vc na hora de decidir entre várias opções e a desistir daquele copinho inocente de refrigerante. Passei tbm a não tomar líquidos nas refeições e to adorando os resultados JÁ PERDI PESO e não achei nenhum sacrifício.

Baixei o aplicativo mesmo achando impossível uma pessoa perder 50 quilos em 5 meses e o resultado foi decepcionante. No aplicativo existe apenas a história do cara, onde não se sabe se é real, e não há nada além disso. Ele não ensina a porção mágica e nem passa nenhuma dieta. App vazio, sem nenhuma informação eficiente, bom design e feito exclusivamente pra enganar quem é besta. Não caiam nessa.
