ACALL uses VoBB (Voice over Broadband) technology for voice communication. As long as you can surf the internet with your iPhone or iPod Touch using Wi-Fi and/or 3G which is provided to you by your phone service provider, you will be able to use ACALL.
You can make calls almost anywhere in the world when the technology is available, and you can have FREE calls between all ACALL community subscribers, SAVE on your long distance costs and take advantage of free to air internet or your data package to save even more on your airtime while making local calls (available for USA and Canadian subscribers).
After you download and install ACALL, you should sign-up at www.acall.mobi. Upon registration we’ll provide you with a unique ACALL number which you can use to connect to all other ACALL members absolutely FREE.
ACALL offers so many useful features such as “Bridge Calls” which allows you to make bridged calls between two phones using our switches.
