The Accu-Chek Connect App puts diabetes management tools in the palm of your hand. Features of the app include:
• Automatically transfer blood glucose results from supported Accu-Chek wireless meters – no more written logbooks.
• Get help with insulin doses with Accu-Chek Bolus Advisor. (Where available - prescription required)
• Automatically share data and access additional tools with Accu-Chek Connect Online personal account. https://www.accu-chekconnect.com
• Share your diabetes information with your healthcare team via your Accu-Chek Connect Online account, email, or text message.
• Easy to read graphs help identify trends and patterns.
• Advanced logbook options including: meals (size, carbs, or calories), food images, insulin, exercise, medications, blood pressure, weight, health state, and notes.
• Apple Health integration
Before installing the latest app version, it is recommended to back up your current data from the Settings menu in the App (Settings > Data Sharing > Backup).
The Accu-Chek Bolus Advisor feature must be activated by your healthcare provider with appropriate information needed for set-up and use.
The Accu-Chek Connect diabetes management app is intended as an aid in the treatment of diabetes. The Accu-Chek Connect diabetes management app provides for electronic download of blood glucose meters, manual data entry, storage, display, transfer, and self-managing of blood glucose and other related health indicators which can be shown in report and graphical format.

Sehr gute Idee
Also erstmal habe ich mich über die App und das Gerät Mega gefreut das es endlich mal ne Firma geschafft hat das zu machen aber leider bricht bei mir immer die Verbindung zwischen Handy (iPhone 6 iOS 9.1) immer wieder ab was ich leider schon vorab geahnt hätte. App läuft aber super bei mir.
Eigentlich ganz gut...
Die App ist eigentlich echt gut, allerdings dauert die Synchronisation extrem lange (5s und 6s) finde ich sehr nervig... Health wäre natürlich ne geniale Lösung wenn es mit benutzbar wäre... Ich hoffe das so schnell wie möglich ein Update erfolgt und diese Probleme löst
Idee super ...
... App mangelhaft. Es wurde schon mehrmals kritisiert: das Gerät koppelt sich nicht immer automatisch mit dem Gerät (iPhone 5s, IOS 9.1). Ich musste dann das Gerät im Bluetooth-System "ignorieren" und komplett neu koppeln. Nun, nach drei Tagen Nutzung geht gar nichts mehr. Bei jeder Aktivität kommt eine Fehlermeldung, dass ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten ist und die App neu gestartet werden muss. System-Neustart und Neuinstallation der App haben nichts genutzt. Ich habe die App wieder vom iPhone gelöscht. Das ist eine Beta-Version, im Anfangsstadium. Das sollte man aber dem User vorher mitteilen. Die Idee als solche finde ich allerdings gut.
Unbrauchbar!!!
Sehr schlecht programmiert....ständige Verbindungsabbrüche obwohl das Handy daneben liegt, seit heute meldet die App bei jedem Start, das sie neu gestartet werden muss...somit also absolut unbrauchbar !!!
Stürzt beim Start ab .....
