The photo is orribile, and need Internet for the dettails. Le foto sono orribili, e ha bisogno di internet per poter vedere i dettagli degli animali.
Disappointed
This app has less than 100 birds. I am no expert on African birds but surely there are more than 70 or 80 different birds on the continent of Africa.
Shame on me
Shame on me for falling for this. What a lame app. Ive been on safari several times and have seen more birds than this app has to offer.
A very comprehensive bird guide with photos
Didnt know there are so many species of birds in Africa. We got to see quite afew on our trip as it was migrating season. This app helped me identify some birds and generally a great source of information to learn more about birds I saw and African wildlife in general. Its best feature is that it stores all the information (including the high res photos) on the device so that its all available on the trip, even when there is no connectivity (which was most of the time!)
African Birds rip-off
Im feeling badly burned on this one! $9.99 for a collection of Wikipedia articles and nothing more. Virtually useless. Does anyone know how to request a refund?!? If you are looking for a field guide, even a basic one, I would say, DO NOT BUY THIS. I only gave it one star because no stars was not an option.
