Description
"Steps" is a digital tool that is designed to be used by internal Age UK staff. The tool is designed to support workers and advisors whilst they are conducting conversations with older people. Its build around four key features:
- Prompting the conversation using key topics, prompts and actions.
- Creating clear smart action plan for end users, which is shareable via email.
- Note taking: allowing advisors to use this functionality to keep digital notes, rather than using pen and paper.
- Monitoring outcomes, using WEMWEBS or UCLA measurement tools to understand the process the end user is making throughout the various conversations.
Training sessions have been organised by Age UK where those who have access to Steps will be taken through how the tool works in detail and how it can be used to support conversations.
