After numerous iterations, remembering the taste they fell in love with in Hawaii, created recipes for Aloha’s 3 signature flavors: Original, Wasabi Mayo and Spicy. Aloha Poké purveys the freshest sources of salmon and tuna from Norway, Tasmania, Indonesia and the Philippines. Between the 3 outlets, Aloha Poké serves over twelve thousand poké bowls in a single month and is one of the largest consumers of tuna and salmon in Singapore. With such high turnover and economies of scale, customers can be assured of the freshest produce, a serving size that will fill the hungriest bellies and a price tag that won’t burn a hole in your pocket.
