Downloaded the app. Does not tell me how to pay for the data. When I click on help, it now sends me to the payment screen I wish to purchase the 60 minute plan and the cost is "R50". I have no idea what this means. Delete...........

Cannot get profile Id and pin
I cannot get profile id and pin. The always on website provides a terrible help page that only gives you pictures and no clickable links. The instructions to find your profile and pin are wrong (there is no link on the actually site) and the app has not help function. Frustrating, terrible app.
