Description
Anchorman is the app to find out who has a larger share in a discussion or conversation. The app uses the build in microphone of the iPhone to measure the contribution.
In two integrated modes you can select how the contribution between you and the other participants gets compared. The first mode is the network discussion. Every participant has his own iPhone and the every iPhone is broadcasting the owners contribution via Wifi using Apples Bonjour Service to the others. The second mode is the local discussion. One iPhone gets passed between the discussion or conversation participants. Every participant select himself or herself from a list and starts talking.
The contribution get visualized in an ambient way on the iPhones display. In this way every participant can see how his contribution is compared to the others and adjust it if he wants to. The goal is to animate silent persons to speak more and slow down motivated and dominant speakers.
