1. 护士上门前，需提前与患者电话沟通情况，确认服务时间和地点等；
2. 首次上门服务时，需向患者出示护士执业证书等证明文件；
3. 每次上门服务时，需携带《打针输液知情同意书》，并由患者签字后方可提供服务。

---------患者必备用品---------
1. 提供证明文件：医院开具的《处方》以及《院外注射证明》等；
2. 打针输液药品：生理盐水/葡萄糖注射液、药品等；
