医账通是南京市民卡公司及南京卫生信息中心联合推出的医疗项目官方应用。用户可以通过市民卡A卡、医疗就诊卡注册成为会员，开通医疗一账通账户，通过银行卡或智汇账户随时向医疗一账通账户转入资金，线下持卡进行医疗就诊消费。
说明：
