“老船长“是金海星导航科技有限公司研制的专门服务于汽渡公司的一款掌上应用软件。
“老船长“按照功能分为船舶动态展示，码头、电子围栏区域展示，报表统计，信息查看，视频监控，我的设置六大功能模块，其实现的详细功能主要包括：
·通过AIS、雷达以及AIS和雷达的融合数据，展示汽渡船的实时位置信息
·通过摄像头和视频监控，展示汽渡船、码头和电子围栏的实时场景信息
·根据电子围栏和码头规则，将汽渡船接收的预警信息分为碰撞预警，码头预警，围栏预警三类：
（1） 碰撞预警：电子警察计算船舶当前航行方向可能会与那些船舶碰撞，将信息及时反馈给船员
（2） 码头预警：码头根据设定的规则，对即将违反码头规则的船舶进行预警提醒
（3） 电子围栏预警：电子围栏根据设定的规则，对即将违反电子围栏船舶进行预警提醒
·以统计图的来展示船舶的航次、里程、停港时间和报警信息，更加简洁直观
