The magazines take a long time to download and if I exit the app, it will stop downloading. Once they are downloaded they should appear in the library. However, when the iPad went offline, the magazines are lost and I have to download them again. The whole point of downloading them is to read them offline. Please fix or I will cancel my subscription.

New Version problem
I have updated the new version & all download were disappeared . I have to take time to download all issues in "My Library". Within couple hour when I open My Library - all issues gone again . I did try several times & never hold in My Library . I need to solve this problem . So sick & tired !!
Worse app ever
Spent over 3 hour to download 4 magazine yesterday. Went to my library today and it is empty. What a waste of time. Do not purchase their magazines until they fix this issue. Or else u would have to download the magazine all over again (which took almost an hour for 1 magazine) every time u read it.
It used to be good
Since I updated the new version, Im not able to download or read anything. It used to be very convenient and no issue at all. I shouldnt update the new version.
