In Genyo on my safari it says it cant open files because I have to download this app.. But this app DOES NOT OPEN!!! It crashes every time Ive opened it

Because of this tool I became super smart!!!

Works fine, though layout can be improved and some other interactive assignments should be available to the phone.

It works once,then it keeps crashing even after redownloading
