ATP3 Lipids includes a complete Framingham Cardiac Risk calculator which is automatically presented for use if the patients risk factors indicate a need to evaluate the hard 10-year cardiac risk.
The info button at the top-right displays the ATP III algorithm and reference tables in textual form (the Quick Desk Reference on which the ATP3 Lipids therapeutic recommendations are based). Excellent for quick risk stratification and for decision making regarding chol treatment. Now has SI units for North of the border. Metabolic syndrome reminder is handy. Wish the ATP III report was also altered to include SI units.

Great app
Terrific tool
Finally its here on iPhone- a much missed software from my Treo 650. Its an indispensable tool in the outpatient setting allowing you NOT to constantly go back to the manual 9-step process and 10-year risk estimation by Framingham criteria - unless its a clear case with a hypertensive smoking vasculopath. This software makes it so much easier and hustle-free. Thank you, Evan, youve just made lipids management a whole more efficient.

If this app provided the ability to track and graph cholesterol test results including Lp, HDL-2, VLDL-3, etc. It would be top notch. Tracking of associated meds would be even better yet.
