I changed the healthcare provider and therefore I have a good comparison. This app is entirely useless as it is only a glorified web browser. Functionalities for submitting and following claims, member information, eg are missing and can only be done through the web browser which is on the phone rather tiering. If the app does not add any real value dont do it.

Does nothing but redirecting to the website which is not optimized for mobile browser. If I wanted a website shortcut I wouldve created one myself. The app does not create any value...
