B737 Alerts is a handy reference guide to the error messages produced by Boeing 737-600, -700, -800, -900, and BBJ series.
Designed for professional pilots and maintenance personnel, B737 Alerts covers three types of errors:
- Those from the PFD/ND (Next Generation only)
- Those from the FMC
- Those from the panel modules.
In all, nearly four hundred errors are covered.
Control head annunciations are cross-linked to QRH procedures as a handy study aid.
As always, your FAA-Approved Flight Manual is the final authority as to the safe operation of your airplane, but this is a great training aid for those new in type, studying the systems, or facing a checkride.
Each error has a link to a detailed description of the error as well as suggestions for immediate corrective action. Messages are also classified by system and ATA chapter, thus helping you focus on your FCOM or maintenance manual for additional research.
B737 Alerts was developed by Bill Bulfer, a recently retired captain with a major airline with extensive time in type. Bill is also the author of the Cockpit Companion series and the FMC Guide, soon to be adapted for the iPad.

ZU TEUER!!!
Ich haben mir zugelgt, um Referenz immer bei mir zu haben, wo ich nachschlagen kann, auch wenn ich unterwegs bin. Leider ist das App. nicht so umfangreich, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, da ich auch die dazugehörigen Bücher kenne. Die Idee ist gut, auch wie es aufgebaut ist, allerdings haben sie mit der Information eindeutig zu viel gespart. Wenn es in der Zukunft geändert werden sollte, gibt es auch definitiv mehr Sterne.... Die 11,99 sind definitiv einfach zu teuer. Spart es euch und kauft euch die Bücher.

Diese fantastische, gut, leserliche Lernhilfe ist für den angehenden bis zum erfahrenen Zwillenpilot ein "must have" da die Arbeit damit Spaß macht und ungemein hilft sich in der B737 auch bei "non-routine-events" wohl zu fühlen.
B737 alerts
A total ripoff, all it does is shows a panel and then when you touch it a very brief (typically a sentence) description and an MMEL ATA number appear.
A Unique Reference Guide
This is a unique reference guide- iPhone users might find the initial cockpit panels hard to read but if youre familiar with the 737, you will have a good understanding of the layout. It works well on an iPad. Lots of good information- I recommend this for pilots who already have a basic system knowledge- great for review
