Bakcell TaxFree - online service to get your VAT refund - was created for beneficial shopping in the European Union countries – UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Finland.
Online service is available for non-EU residents from all over the world.
Go shopping to the EU and get up to 19% of VAT refund, using advantages of the Bakcell TaxFree mobile application.
There are only 6 steps to complete:
1) Sign up in Bakcell TaxFree application
2) Upload photos of your receipts for purchases made during your travels (receipts must include VAT)
3) Enter your personal details
4) Receive the VAT refund form into the app and print it out
5) Get the export validation by getting a stamp at the Customs office

6) Get your VAT refund from shopping within 48 hours
