Está horrible la actualización, no he podido entrar me marca error siempre. Cada vez en algo diferente
Imposible abrir la aplicación
Desde la ultima actualización de la aplicación es imposible utilizarla. Puedo ingresar al portal desde mi PC pero no desde mi móvil. Ojalá pudieran arreglarlo.
Iphone 6s actualización
No sirve desde la actualizacion, no abre
Pésima; Error B06
Pasé un mes contento por su funcionalidad (porque su esteticidad es horrible), y en desde la última actualización toda acción (menos revisar saldo) me lanza error B06. Y no conformes con mal UX, hablas al banco y su CX va de la mano con lo deplorable: "Debe ser su conexión". Meses sin dar solución: Hora de pasar mi nómina a otro banco que sí sirva.
No puedo acceder a mis cuentas
Que mal que no las prueben antes de hacer las actualizaciones, tengo un hard Token y dice servicio NO indica Token
Demasiado lenta y elimina muchas habilidades de la aplicacion anterior
Es demasiado lenta y da miles de errores, esta aplicacion no esta lista. Lo bueno es que tengo la pasada para instalar la otra. Quita muchas opciones de la anterior como cancelacion de cheques. Un porquería!!!
