Very handy. Easy to use and it makes life comfortable, especially the ease of transfer
Barclays App - gets basic things wrong
The app is good for basic internet banking stuff but lacks in 1. The branch lookup screen has a major flaw. The "branch location" has incorrect data. Example, a branch in koforidua has Accra as its branch location, same for Sunyani and many other branches. 2. You cannot setup new payee using the app. You always need to use your web portal for this. I am sure its for security reasons but the question , whats the point when you need your user credential anyway to use the app. If another person has what it takes to use the app without your knowledge, he / she can setup a payee and do transfers.
App need update
This app needs a major overhaul!
