This beta successfully demonstrated the feasibility of teaching science-based tools to healthcare professionals to (1) break bias® and (2) help improve well-being, performance, and belonging in organizations.

Unconscious biases are learned habits of thoughts that distort how professionals perceive, reason, remember, and make decisions.

The app provides 10-minutes of drip content over five days to inform health professionals about the anatomy of unconscious bias, its financial and human costs, and the five PRISM® tools that break bias. The app also provides short meditation exercises daily to help professionals adopt better habits of thoughts for improved decision-making.
