Just a few taps in the app. The owner of a thrift store can use one so people driving by the store can see what the best deals are that day (or that hour, the data changes in real time). A service van can put one on the van so that whenever someone sees the BeaconSpot logo they will know they can look at their phone and see their current deals and company information. Even if the person doesnt notice the service van they will still see the information the next time they open the app. This is because the app continues to scan even while its in the background. As an added bonus, if some steals the service van the owner can report it as missing and will be notified of the location whenever someone scans it.
