I couldnt have asked for them to be a better service. They really just want to help people ❤️ They extended my free trial in order to help find me a counsellor that I felt was perfectly suited to me and I did exactly that. Im only two weeks into using the service and I already can tell that the help I can receive from them will be endless as long as I keep fighting to make things better ☺️ They also offer help to those that cant afford the full fee, my fees were discounted by 50%!! Im paying barely anything to have someone by my side anytime I need them, its amazing. They may not be instant with the reply, but they get back to you as soon as they can and you know that, and you know that they care

LICENSED AND TRAINED THERAPISTS
There are over 30,000 therapists on BetterHelp, each with at least 3 years and 1,000 hours of hands-on experience. They are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists (Ph.D./PsyD), marriage and family therapists (MFT), clinical social workers (LCSW), licensed professional therapists (LPC), or similar credentials.
All of our therapists have a Master’s Degree or a Doctorate Degree in their respective fields. They have been qualified and certified by their state professional board and have completed the necessary education, exams, training, and practice.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After filling out our questionnaire, you will be matched with a licensed therapist based on your needs, preferences, and location. You and your therapist will get your own “therapy room” where you can message your therapist at any time, from any internet-connected device, wherever you are. You can also schedule a weekly session to speak live with your therapist over video or phone.
You can write or talk about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask questions, and discuss the challenges you’re facing and your therapist will provide feedback, insights, and guidance. This ongoing one-on-one dialogue is the foundation of your work with your therapist.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost of therapy through BetterHelp ranges from $60 to $90 per week (billed every 4 weeks) but may be higher based on factors like your location, preferences, and therapist availability. Unlike traditional in-office therapy which can cost over $150 for a single session, your BetterHelp membership includes unlimited text, video, audio messaging as well as weekly live sessions. The subscription is billed and renewed every 4 weeks and includes both the use of the secured site and the therapy service itself. You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason.

You have to lie in order to even use the app.
"Free trial"
It wont let you even use the app without entering your credit card information. And when you do, after 4 weeks it charges you 140.00. If you create an app with a free trial you should actually give a free trial without the pressure to pay after. People need to see if it actually works for them before paying for a service. I may have actually paid for it if I could have seen what it could do for me. I dont see this app becoming a success.
Terrible
Im only rating it one star because I cant rate it 0 stars......I click get started and enter my gender and age and then it says they cant help me......this is awful uninstalling unless it can be easily fixed.....

It refuses to let you in no matter how much you try. Horrible. People who need help ARNT receiving it

Its horrid, as soon as you put youre age they say they cant help you and that online counseling Isint the best way for therapy

I am finding better help to be very helpful. It is better than seeing a therapist once a week as you can talk to your therapist on your own time and as often as you need to.
