Phenomenal app! I cant believe how easy it is to create messages now. Makes me feel a little weird, how easy it is to release an emergency message to so many people now =].

This app is available for use by all current Blackboard Connect client organizations. Blackboard Connect account enablement is required. This is a Blackboard Connect administrative user application and is not intended for message recipients.

The Blackboard Connect iPhone App combines the power and versatility of the iPhone with Blackboard Connect’s easy-to-use mass notification services. Users can create, schedule, and send messages directly from their iPhones and compatible Apple devices.
Messages can be targeted to one or more groups or to an entire community. Status reporting quickly informs users when their messages have been delivered, and a single “Send a Message” button ensures that organization leaders can easily and remotely stay in contact with their communities.

Bb connect
Great for the administrator who is on the go. All the functionality on my mobile device.
Fast but be careful with the time zone
Its easy to use but the time zone always defaults to pacific time....and then you cant change the time after its scheduled
Does not work
This app will not allow login to even access the system.
Needs improvement
Gets the job done but watch out if you get a text or phone call while preparing a message. App logs you out upon any interruption. Very annoying when youve spent time creating the message and scheduling it to be sent out and poof its gone.
Cumbersome to use
Its a great idea, but difficult to use. You have to call Blackboard Connect to be able to log in; you cant just use your current name and password. Once in, if you need to jot notes on your message before recording youll get logged out and you lose everything. The time before auto log-out needs to be extended to a few minutes. It could become very useful with some important revisions. Until then Im deleting it.
Cant record
Wont let me record my phone message. This app has great potential, as of this moment it isnt very useful.
