"BolaBird makes managing all kinds of waste and recycling easier,simple,reliable and affordable. With BolaBird you just request your waste pick up for now or future and pay with mobile money or cash.
How BolaBird works
•Users with any type of waste ready request a vehicle instantly or schedule it for later time and decide and make payment to complete it.
•As soon as the request is made, a notification about users details is sent to the nearest driver/hauler/partner. Partner/haluer/driver has the option to accept or reject the pickup. In case he rejects, notification is sent to another driver in that area.
•Customer can track the vehicle when it is arriving and the ETA is also shown to the customer.
•Once the pickup is over, customer gets an option to rate the partner/driver.
What do i do when i see a pile of trash/refuse or someone littering or urinating in open space??
• If you dont have BolaBird , quickly download Bolabird
• From the Home Page , tap the 3 lines
• Tap on Chat with BolaBird and based on your location , pick the nearest city or town s channel
• Send your message and attach the picture taken
• If you know the address of the location , add it to the chat and the appropriate agent or partner will be dispatch to resolve the request "
