Kenny Johnson - former Iowa University wrestler under Dan Gable and current wrestling coach at the famed Black House gym in Los Angeles, CA – takes you through the most common wrestling situations in Mixed Martial Arts and shows you the techniques needed to control the fight. The same techniques Kenny has taught to elite MMA fighters such as BJ Penn, Anderson Silva, Jose Aldo, Paul Daley, Lyoto Machida, Fabricio Werdum, and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.
A Wi-Fi connection and at least 1.3 GB of space is required, but once installed, no internet connection is required.
