Jai acheté cette appli il y a quelques jours, pour linstant je ne me sers que de la partie livres, et jen suis très sastifait. La recherche par ISBN fonctionne dans 99% des cas. La synchro avec mon IPOD fonctionne très bien aussi, ce qui me permet daller à la bibliothèque ou en librairie avec les renseignements sur ce que jai lu ou non.

Booxter has 3 viewing modes to make it easy to manage your items:
-List: A standard list of items, row-by-row, with columns that you can customize.

-Tag: Illustrates item counts by their sizes in a large grouping of tags.
There are 3 ways to scan barcodes and have items added to Booxter.
-Video: Use your iSight video camera (or other webcam or camcorder) to scan in barcodes visually.
-Wireless: Use a Bluetooth barcode scanner to scan in barcodes wirelessly.
-USB: Use a tethered USB barcode scanner to enter barcodes quickly and easily.
(Barcode scanning can be done with books, music and movies; comic book barcode scanning is not currently supported).
Booxter can search many different online sources. More are being added. If you would like a certain source supported, let us know.

Vraiment pratique
Je suis pleinement satisfait de cette application. Jutilise liSight de mon iMac mon pour scanner le code-barres de mes livres et cest très pratique.
Bien mais...
J’ai acheté cette app il y a un certain temps déjà. Elle fonctionne bien, est pratique. Mais, il n’y a pas eu de mises à jour majeures pour Mavericks, sur le design particulièrement. Quant à l’app mobile, non seulement elle n’a pas le design iOS 7, mais elle ne sert quasiment à rien puisqu’elle ne permet qu’une visualisation du contenu et une fonction appareil photo qui mériterait d’être ajustée. Bien donc, mais il serait grand temps d’une mise à ( niveau ) jour !

une appli bien pratique, manque un système import/export en format tableur et une possiblité d’ordonner le tri ( exemple ; auteur puis série puis titre)
Bonne application
C’est une bonne application, idéal pour gérer mes collections de livres/dvd sur mon mac et les consulter sur mon iphone. Mais comment faire pour ma collection de jeux vidéos ? A quand la possibilité de gérer d’autres collections que celles prédéfinies ?
Crashes too often and places ads under “description"
Nice enough, of course even though the scanning via iPhone app goes very smoothly, some curating is necessary to make sure the final entries are correct. If you are based in Europe and your library contains mainly non-US books, mute the search options for all US providers (and certainly Amazon) to get more precise entries. The big problem with this app is that it crashes too often. Do make sure that you save every 5 entries or so. Also, I do not like the fact that under “Description”, the software frequently places an ad of some (Canadian?) internet bookseller. For EUR 30 one would expect a non-crashing, ad-free, thoroughly professional application. Otherwise I don’t seem to be able to save my library on an external hard drive; it only stores on my Mac, which could eventually land me in dire straits storage-wise (I have a library of 6000 volumes). very good
Very good application. I use it to control and arrange my books. I have around 1,000 technical and literature. I have tested other apps, bur this one is the best i got.
