After using every accounting software that just could not fit his needs, Benedict Paul (BP) from Singapore, owner of Trends Mobile a mobile accessory store decided to create his own cloud accounting solution to fill the features that no other cloud accounting solution can provide. BPLedger was made by the small business owner for the small business owner.
BPLedger is the first cloud accounting software that allows backup to offline in a small file format .sla format that you can email anyone. BPLedger also provides an online viewer for anyone to view these file be it your accountant, staff auditor or anyone who needs to read and access your full accounts. You can also restore .sla file to a previous date or create duplicate company data to present different views to shareholders and investors. BPLedger also provides multi-line tax in invoice so state, local, county tax can be shown in breakdown invoice format. Moreover BPLedger supports multi-langugage for many asian countries including english, chinese, thai, vietnamese, burmese, khmer, korean, japanese and many more languages.
Unlike must other accounting solution, BPLedger provides full document management allowing you to upload and link scan photos to every accounting entry from journal entry, invoice, transfer to PO and Quotations.
