Your calories are updated continuously throughout the day. You are allowed to eat whenever you want as many times as you want, as long as you stay within your calorie budget!
If you do end up cheating, you have the option to borrow calories from the future. This will allow you to eat calories before you are normally allowed, but the rate at which your calories become available will be reduced until you have paid these calories back.
